Review: 2025年9月に注文商品が4点入っていなかった。チャットで問い合わせ、返答に3日かかるとの事で3日待ったが返答は来ず再度問い合わせると「発送違いや発送漏れが発生しないことを確認しました」ここから先はずっとBotの返答が続き全く対応してもらえません。配送袋は破れ等ない綺麗な状態で、不足商品もこちらが見落とすような小物でもないのに、よく探して下さいの一点張り。2023年ごろにも商品不足があったのですがその際にはスムーズにポイントでの返金対応をしてもらえたので今回の対応には正直驚きました。以前とは変わってしまったようです。皆さんも1点の値段が高いものを買う際にはよく考えて注文してくださいね(泣)
